PRE-SEED FUNDING : Ignition Grant received !

The year 2022 ends on a thrilling note with the reception of a CHF 30k EPFL Ignition Grant and the subsequent affiliation to the EPFL's startup launchpad ! Alongside this major financial support, SeaStem will benefit from the launchpad's network of professional engineers and designers to accelerate the prototype's development.
TEAM GROWTH : Meet Lucas, our new intern

Lucas is finishing a Master in Energy Sciences at EPFL. He already holds a Bachelor in microengineering. Passionate about sustainable and clean technologies, he wants to apply his prototyping skills to design new products in this direction.

Had the chance to experience seaweed harvesting in Bergen thanks to Harald Sveier and Lerøy Seafood Group ASA
Besides the thrill of watching the harvest live instead of pictures/videos, it was also a great opportunity to witness the practical reality of the blooming seaweed industry and discuss the opportunities for SeaStem
